Is this to good be true!
This
is my most sort after system, and its
not hard to see why! Real time results (as
seen on my broker statements) showed a
peaking of $19,000 profits on a $10,000
account in 17 months with maximum draw-down
of $3212.80. (lease fee's not included)
In trading
it doesn't get much better than that, but
before you subscribe consider
the following.
The
average
trade since conception is $38.74 after
brokerage of $4.72. Lets say you pay
$15.00 brokerage round turn, that will
wipe of $4985.80 of
my profits compared to yours. Your slippage
will also be higher than mine, and again
for every $10 more slippage you would wipe
of an additional $4850 of your profits over
this period.
If
you want to look at the live
performance figures since release click
here. The
good news is that profit per trade has
increased, due to improvements in the code
over time. My Real time profit per trade
since 6/2006 has increased from $33.40
to $42.66 on my account.(after $4.72 brokerage)
As you
will not be the only person trading this
system, it will get more popular leading
to even higher slippage and poorer returns.
So what is the solution?
You
need a system with either better profit
per trade, and or better liquidity. Slippage
on the Emini Russell 2000 is very very
roughly $15 round turn + $0.5 for every
extra contract. i.e.
if you (or all my clients together)
trade 10 contracts, expect $20 slippage.
It is for this reason I recommend Turbo
Elite ES Plus. Even if
we did 500 contracts on the Emini S & P
500, I would expect slippage to be $15 or
under round turn.
Turbo
Elite ES Plus hypothetical profit per
trade Y.T.D. is $81.00 Turbo Pro hypothetical
profit per trade is Y.T.D. is $58.24. What
I am saying is Turbo Elite has better liquidity.
and better profit per trade in the last
year. One comment I must make is that the
capital on Turbo Pro was $10,000, but Turbo
Elite ES Plus the required capital is $16,000.
Please keep in mind Emini S & P 500 has
tiny slippage compared to the Emini russell
2000. Delayed
but live screen shots on Turbo Elite Plus
ES are here.
If you
still want a Russell 2000 system, consider Breakout
ER an
average profit of $126 Y.T.D or
Trend Friendly ER with an average
profit of $104 Y.T.D. Another system
with a long track record os Bounce MDRL.
After a flat 2005, Bounce made $24,000
profit in 13 months on a $25,000 account
after high $27 r/t brokerage. This system
is only for the most patient investors.
Its like the story of the tortoise and
the hair.
